Concept
Cuthulhone is based on a cuttlefish. Especially the Giant Cuttlefish. It also draws inspiration from Cthulu, a popular character created by H. P. Lovecraft.
Etymology
Cuthulhone is a combination of the word Cuttlefish, Cthulu (a character created by H. P. Lovecraft) and Hone (meaning to sharpen- as in skills).

It is said that, in rare instances, looking into it's wings can give you a glimpse of the future. The two lobes on the back of it's head are it's right and left brains respectively. It keeps a continuous force field of psychic energy around these lobes to protect them. |
