Effect
In Battle
When user comes into battle( similar to Intimidate) there is a high chance any opposing creature(both when in double battle) will get one of three statuses: Paralyze, sleep, or confusion. User will also get an evasion increase by 1 stage against certain types depending on what terrain a battle is conducted on.
Ex: Forest terrain means evasion against all non-Grass and Bug type creatures. This ability does not work against creatures without eyes or that use the "Sonar" ability(since they don't need to see).
Outside of Battle
No effect outside of battle.
